Baguio with Harry and Tin

I accompanied my cousin Tin and her friend Harry when they decided to go on a trip to Baguio City.
I became sort of their tour guide during the whole trip. Our first stop was Tsokolateria located at Pamana. Please see my separate blog post about it.

The photos above were taken at Pamana. After having some hot chocolates and snack, we hailed a taxi to Mines View Park. This place is actually my most favorite tourist spot here in Baguio city. The weather was a bit gloomy but still that didn't stop us from enjoying.

Along the pathway to the view deck area, you will pass several souvenir/pasalubong stores and shops selling plants and flowers.

Feeling adventurous, the three of us decided to walk towards this old mansion we passed by before coming to the mines view park. During our walk, we saw another old house and a totem pole.

After several minutes of walking, we finally reached the old mansion. The place looks creepy and looks really abandoned. There's no trespassing sign so we just took pictures at a distance.

Our next stop was the mansion. The real tourist place that is. Across the mansion is the famous wright park.

When you're traveling with your cousin who is practicing on photography then you will really have lots of pictures :D

look at Harry enjoying hahaha.

The next day, we had some burgers for lunch at Ililikha artist village then went to camp john hay and so the non ending pictorial continued :) I think Harry really enjoyed seeing lots of pine trees around the area. Since it was his first time there, we joked and said that he needs to hug at least one tree there.

Before going back to our aunt's house and call it a day, we decided to try out the food in 70s diner. (take note this is a late post)

Of course, any baguio trip won't be complete without a visit of the burnham park and have some strawberry ice cream.

Thank you for a fun weekend Baguio City. You will forever be my second Hometown :)
