It has been almost a year and the day that we all waited for has finally come: Our graduation day. I am proud that I finished all the required modules for my Post-Baccalaureate Diploma in Human Capital Management. I remember all those saturdays that I have to commute all the way from Marikina to Taft Manila to attend my classes, considering that I still to work during weekdays; all those required readings, examinations, case studies, reports and individual projects per module. Looking back at all of these, I feel proud of myself, not in a boastful way that is.
It is my dream to enter a career in Human Resources and these modules that I took in Benilde helped me to achieve this and I feel like I'm on my way to my career goals. To be honest, I funded my tuition myself so I had to really budget my money and cut down on my usual expenses during those times. My whole stay in CSB-Space was fun, informative and I was able to meet new wonderful friends who share the same interests with me: the love for HR.
I would just like to share some of our pictures that day.
Just a random afternoon picnic with my cousin at La Mesa Eco Park.
You see, I got back to Manila but after a week, I had to go back to Baguio again to help my aunt in the preparation of her house blessing. Though this time, I was with my cousin. We decided to do what tourists do, visit a famous tourist spot and take pictures. I then suggested that we dropped by at Mines View Park.
The next day, I decided to explore Baguio alone starting off with lunch at Oh My Gulay restaurant. This restaurant is located at the top floor of one of the old buildings along Session Road. They are said to be serving dishes made from fresh and organic ingredients hence the name of the restaurant. After climbing a flight of stairs, I was surprised to see the very artistic interior of the restaurant.

After lunch, I decided to walk my way to the burnham park since my amateur photographer self is itching to take some pictures of the beautiful flowers there.
I got tired of strolling around the park so I decided to get back to session road and have some sweets and coffee at Beanstalk Cafe.
The smores cupcake was too sweet but the cafe mocha and blueberry cheescake cup was good. If not only because of the too noisy koreans hanging out at the cafe, I might consider coming back there. Before the end of the day, my aunt called and told me to meet her at SM Baguio so that's how when my Alone time ended.
