I was introduced to this third wave coffee shop by my friend Rachelle last year. After trying their coffee, I was then hooked. Earlier, I was bored so I asked my cousin to accompany me at this awesome place along Tomas Morato.



The interior of Afters espresso and desserts is very elegant and cozy. Since they just renovated the place, it is now brighter inside, a good news for photo taking lovers like me. This coffee shop offers hot and blended coffees, cakes and different flavors of gelato. Now, they also offer breakfast meals as well as pastas. One of the most loved item at the shop is their sinful and addicting Molten Lava Cake. This one is my favorite and I think the favorite dessert of the other patrons as well. It is a chocolate lava cake topped with gelato, encrusted with hard chocolate shell. This is just heavenly!


As for the drinks, their best seller is the Frozen hot chocolate and their Salted Caramel Latte. But for me, I love their flavored lattes specifically the Macadamia hazelnut latte.


If you're into trying out third wave coffee shops across the metro, you shouldn't miss this one. Who knows maybe this place will be one of your favorites too.
